Home delivery operates in a limited number of locations. Shipments will typically arrive at a pickup point (including postal branches).

The latest possible delivery time is up to 35 business days from the date the product is shipped.

Product Supply and Delivery
Once your order is completed and all conditions are met, the products will be ordered from the supplier and delivered to your door or the nearest pickup point, within 40 business days.

If your delivery is delayed, please notify the store immediately so we can try to resolve the issue.
Business days do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, or holidays.
Return Policy
If you receive a defective item (not damage caused by use), you may exchange it for a functional one or cancel your purchase. In some cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring a return.

If you want to cancel without a defect:
A cancellation fee of 5% of the order total or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) will apply.

Make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. This is subject to inspection.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the day we receive the returned product.
Returns must be sent via registered mail with a tracking number, using Israel Post.
You may cancel any purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If the product was already shipped, you must wait for it to arrive and then send it back either to the supplier's warehouse in China or a designated address in Israel, upon coordination with our support team via WhatsApp or email (mandatory).
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
A full refund will be issued, minus any shipping costs and applicable cancellation fees.
Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., custom-made or special delivery items) cannot be returned.
Cancellation Policy for Digital Codes
Under the Consumer Protection Law, a buyer can cancel a purchase made remotely (online) within 14 days of receiving the item or from receiving the transaction summary — whichever is later.
The cancellation fee is 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is less.
If the product has not yet been shipped when the cancellation request is made, a full refund will be issued.
