Shipping

The shipping time usually takes up to 14 business days from the date the product is shipped.

Home delivery operates in a limited number of locations. Shipments will typically arrive at a pickup point (including postal branches).
Delivery time: up to 5 business days.
In some cases, unexpected delays may occur due to Israel Post, shipping companies, or other external factors.

The latest possible delivery time is up to 35 business days from the date the product is shipped.
In case of issues, please contact customer service. You will be offered either a full refund or a reshipment, as per your choice.

Orders are shipped from international suppliers.
When ordering multiple items, they may be sent in separate packages.
